Manufacturer's description: This is an effect pedal that generates a voltage exceeding 150V from a standard 9V power supply for effects pedals through internal boosting, driving the vacuum tube without the need for a dedicated power supply. It produces glossy high tones, rich low tones, and a sound that moves a step forward. By driving the vacuum tube with a high voltage similar to that of an amplifier, you can create a more natural vacuum tube sound. The equalizer section is designed to focus more on the vacuum tube sound, with TREBLE and BASS set as boost only (MIN flat) and MIDDLE as cut only (MAX flat), similar to the initial amplifiers. It can be used as a vacuum tube buffer at the input of the effects pedal board, as an input to the transistor amplifier, as a booster, and works well with both guitar and bass. It is also effective to use it in conjunction with amp simulators and multi-effects pedals that are popular nowadays. It also allows for more realistic sound production during line recording.
