Description
Another "Variant" guitar tube amplifier, based somehow on a JCM style amp, at least the gain stage, but it has a Baxandall tone stack, just Bass and Treble, and a power stage with 2 x 6V6GT tubes. The preamp tubes are 3 x 6n2p-ev (Russian ECC83/12AX7). It is biased at 22W, output on 8 ohm single impedance, but with two parallel outputs. Also it features a 3 way clipping circuit with silicone/LED diodes, and a serial active FX loop, MOSFET type, with Return level and on/off switch. The sound is typically JCM style overdrive, very clear and powerful, and because of the relatively low power can be played in house very well. NO hum/hiss or other unwanted noises! EU 230V only! FREE SHIPPING IN THE EU! Check out my other already sold projects on the last two pictures, or directly on my page: variantamps.ro
