Description The sound plays normally, and there are no issues with usage. This is the second stereo preamplifier from McIntosh, released for only two years starting in 1961. A rare product! The circuit design is almost identical to that of the later C22. Functionally, it is simpler than the C22, making it easier to use. The C11's exterior features include a glass panel on the top section of the front panel and horizontally mounted vacuum tubes, which can be replaced from the rear panel. Additionally, output volume controls are located on both sides of the front panel, making this a perfect unit to enjoy the vintage McIntosh sound. ❐ The front panel has some of McIntosh's characteristic bubbles and minor scratches.
