The unit has adjustments for loading and 2 RCA Outputs (Owner's manual says to use one output for MM and other for MC) You can also add Balance Output if you DIY add chassis wire and balance connectors the holes are in chassis. All circuitry for balanced output is already populated on circuit board. Comes with a MA220 Preamp owner's manual which mentions details about this Phono Stage. Output Impendence 200 Ohms This phono preamp reviewed as a Reference Class C with units costing many more times the cost of this one. This brand and model respond well to upgraded coupling, shunt capacitors. Note: the circuit board has mounting holes already to shunt the output capacitors; and resistors along with tube rolling if one desires to do so. It did this to another unit with good results but parts alone cost more then what I'm asking for this entire unit. Owners manual indicates that the input can accept MC or MM and has 2 outputs which are inverted RCA. The circuity exists for balanced outputs if one desires to do so. Please read below and understand. It is missing power supply and power cord for now. (I have 2 of these units but only this one for sale. I could work with buyer in making a power supply for this unit and have already begun to acquire parts to make a power supply such and connectors to connect to input. I still need to buy a transformer's and box to make etc. ). My life has gotten busy and I can no longer work on such things. This may be able to be added to an example Melos MA333 Preamp/Power supply combo if it has the phono power supply out and cable. This was run in my system for several years and sounded excellent with both High Output and Lo Output MC cartridges. I using the other one I have which I modified or essential replaced capacitors etc. Mine sounds heavenly to me every time.
