Sorry no addresses without US characters i.e. all Chinese Arabic Crylic etc, our post office can't figure country if they can't read it. US PR APO Virgin Islands ok. No shipping to "USA" non states and non countries outside the US, or places with no tracking. Note- Ships by USPS, when i list it, it indicates 2-5 days typical shipping, due to a software bug, it indicates 2-3 days shipping after listed, which isn't realistic. We ship daily but you won't get first class in 2-3 days, post office says 5 business days sometimes.
