We acquired a large lot of these (over three hundred) at a lost freight sale in 2007, and they were brand new in the original bulk factory box. We had no idea what they were, and the part number 26006074 didn't Google anything meaningful at that time . So we shoved the box under a shelf. Thirteen years later, we dusted them off, Googled them again, and here they are. Glad we didn't scrap them. We are not experts, but we spent a few minutes searching through several online sites to verify fitment.
