Those preamps was purchased but almost never used. Everything you see is almost unused. However, there are some scratches on the shelf from being mounted and removed from the rack shelf several times. Since I do not know which of the dozens of adapters originally belonged to this one, no adapters are included. However, if you want, I can include an adapter that says 12v 1A as it says on it.
