Selectable input impedance for moving coil cartridges provides values of variable 10-1000 ohm settings as well as fixed 47 k Ohms. Input capacitance choices are 100, 220, or 320 pF for moving magnet cartridges. You can also select gain for MM/MC cartridges of 40, 45, 50, 60, or 65 dB. A switchable subsonic filter prevents your amplifier and speakers from experiencing ultra low bass rumble below 20 Hz. All components including tube output and polypropylene capacitors are audiophile-grade and guarantee a breathtaking sound experience. The DS2's tube complement consists of two ECC83 (12AX7) tubes.
