This is a recently rebuilt headphone pre-amp. I purchased this unit new, it is from my personal collection. The new capacitors are all 105 degree (hightes quality) and the tube is new. The serial number is low, 0029! This comes with the original cord and plug. Compare the with those listed new and you will find lower quality capasitors in the new units, (blue vs black}.
