Please watch the video below. Vintage Scott LC-21 vacuum tube preamplifier in perfect working condition. This preamplifier was assembled at the Scott factory and has a mix of vintage tubes including Telefunken's, Mullards, Amperex and Groove Tubes. I measured the tubes on my Hickok tube tester and all tested good. I am including a copy of the Schematics. Alpha Sound and Light owner Al Forbes serviced this preamp. He replaced several capacitors with higher values and converted the selenium rectifier to silicon diodes. The updates are documented on the schematics. All inputs and outputs are working with no noises, hums or issues. All filters and EQs work, and the phono section sounds fantastic. Just a wonderful sounding preamplifier, very musical and very well built. The cosmetic condition is nice with some dings and scratches here and there. This comes from a good friend of mines estate; he has been the owner for the past 35+ years. Please watch the video below as it is part of the description.
