These were designed and sold by Victory Sonics in partnership with PJL Electronics. It is used, but with no more than 20-30 hours on it. I also have 3 X 2 channel versions and 2 X 2 channel w/ Apt-X Bluetooth versions in my other sales. These were designed to be used either in the house or in the car. The 4-Channel run on 12v 1a. These can be used either as a single-stage 4 channel preamp or a 2 channel dual-stage preamp. It sounds wonderful, but I no longer have time for my audio projects. THE POWER SUPPLY IS NOT INCLUDED. The metal case shows some signs of wear, but does not affect functionality. I added the overview picture from PJL Electronic so you can the details.
